General Administration Department of the Corporation is mainly deals with the all types of issue of Corporation mainly.

Preparation of staff set-up

From time tp time the department is preparing the General staff set-up of employees as per the G.P.M.C Act-1949, sec-45, sec-51 etc.

Preparation of qualification of posts

The department is preparing the qualification of all officers and employees and get it approve from the appropriate authorities.

Promotion & recruitment of permanent employees

This Department is recruiting the staff as per sanctioned staff set-up & sanctioned Qualifications.

Temporary Recruitment

As per the recruitment of the various Department recruits the temporary or Contract base employees. .

Departmental action

The Department also under take Department action like charge sheet, show- cause, punishment etc. As per the relevant and standing orders.

Work distributions and transfer etc

General works distribution of the corporation is done by this Department.
