Ranmal Lake

In the centre of old Jamnagar, on an island, are located two magnificient old structures, the Lakhota Fort, in middle of the Lake and Bhujia Kotha just near by to the Lake. Lakhota Fort is Jamnagar's Museum and its terraces display a fine collection of sculpture that spans from a period of the 9th Century to the 18th Century.

Ayurved University

Jamnagar is famous for his Ayurved University. Dhanvantri Mandir was built under the personal supervision of Dr. Pranjivan Manekchand Mehta, Chief Medical Officer of Guru Govindsingh Hospital. After independence it gained the status of Ayurved University.

Pratap Villas

A beautiful palace inspired by the 'Victoria Memorial' of Calcutta with beautiful traditional carvings of birds, animals, creepers and plants. Its three domes are made of glass. The palace was built during the rule of His Royal Highness Jam Ranjitsinhji. A must see for all tourists

Bala Hanuman

The Bala Hanuman Temple is at the southeastern side of Ranmal Lake (also known as Lakhota Lake), and here since 1st August 1964 and 24 hours a day, there's been continuous "Ram Dhun" of the invocation 'Shri Ram, Jai Ram, Jai Jai Ram'. This devotion has earned the temple a place in the Guinness Book of Records. Early evening is a good time to visit

Solarium

Known as the Ranjit Institute of Poly-Radio Therapy. A slowly revolving tower provides full day long sunlight, that provides Solar Therapy facility. It is open after working hours for the visitors

Khambhaliya Gate

• Situated Nr. Hawai Chowk. Approx. 2 KM from City Bus Depot.

• Originally built in the middle of 18th Century.

• Conservation and restoration of this gate was done by JMC in year 2015.

• Winner of 2nd prize at National level HUDCO design award under the category of Conservation of Heritage year 2015.

• 1st floor of the gate developed as heritage photo gallery with centrally AC

• Ground floor consist of two walkway galleries

Jam Ranjitsinhji Park

• Situated at downstream site of Ranjit Sagar Dam Approx. 12 KM from City Bus Depot.

• Facilities like, Food Court, Loan Area, Garden-1 & 2, Free Ride Area, Pathways, Fountain, parking, sanitation facilities etc. .

• TIME : Morning 10 AM to 8 PM (Tuesday to Saturday)

• TIME : Morning 10 AM to 8 PM (Sunday)

• Closed on Every Monday for maintenance purpose

Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Amusement Park

• Situated opp. Mehulnagar Telephone Exchange. Approx. 2 KM from City Bus Depot.

• Total 19500 Sq. Mt. area.

• Facilities like, Food Court, Loan Area, Game Zone, Paid Ride Area, Free Ride Area, Pathways, Musical Fountain, Rain Dance, Dance Hall, parking, sanitation facilities etc.

• TIME: Morning 6 AM to 9 AM for morning walkers only. 3 PM to 10 PM for visitors
